Glenn,
I wanted to let you know how much I like the Mission trailer. It trailers
so very easily, using my 2005 Chevy Suburban with standard 5.3 Litre engine,
and does not sway on the road when I am passed by tractor trailer trucks.
While the Suburban does know that the Mission trailer is attached, it doesn't
notice very much and the engine does not strain when on the road. My
Cadillac weighs 3300 pounds, so the entire trailer/car combination is only 5400
pounds. The Mission aluminum trailer saves over 1400 pounds in
trailering weight vs a same sized steel trailer.
All of my friends came over to me in the parking lot during the week that we
were at Hershey, and everyone (without exception) admired the trailer. I
received many positive comments about the bonded sides, with people saying that
the screws holding the siding on their trailers are rusting, with visual ill
effects. When I told people the price, the usual return comment was
asking to verify that it is an all aluminum trailer, since the price was so
reasonable. All in all, considering the appearance, workmanship, and
price, everyone congratulated me on purchasing a beautiful and well built trailer.
Even the person who was potentially selling me a different
brand steel trailer came over and he also gave me wonderful comments about
the Mission trailer. While I only trailered it about 300 miles, I am
confident that it will provide many years of reliable service.
I hope you like the pictures of my 1911 Cadillac. I took some shots of
the car itself, and also a couple with the machine next to the Mission trailer. Thanks again for all your help and advise, and I have no hesitation
at all in recommending both the Mission trailer and your dealership to my
friends.
Take care and thanks.
